Counts in Climate
The corporate workshop that connects sustainable living with climate optimism
Counts in Climate is the corporate workshop that connects sustainable living with climate optimism so employees are fully ignited in purpose, agency and hope for vital change. Because we believe every person counts in climate, no matter where they work.

Did you know…
50% of employees are considering quitting their jobs for lack of aligning values?* The concept of switching careers to find purpose is becoming so common there’s even a term for it — and it’s called conscious quitting!

83% of people want to take action on climate change in their jobs.

We’re here to help you fuel that culture.
While *70-75 percent of global emissions can be reduced directly by businesses, utilities and governments, individual and household actions have the potential to produce roughly 25–30 percent of the total emissions reductions needed to avoid dangerous climate change (>1.5°C rise).
The Counts in Climate Workshop bridges the two by fueling the power of your business's greatest asset — your employees.
