In this conversation:

What happens when we shift the narrative on money and move away from “What can I get?” to “What can I give?” That is what this episode of the Hey Change Podcast is all about!

Trying something new this time, we want to share two conversations to help us shift the narrative on business and money. We’ll talk about impact investing and how we can be creative when it comes to starting businesses that not only solve a problem but support a more sustainable world!

Linda Pouliot:

Linda Pouliot is the CEO and Co-Founder of Dishcraft, a robotics company based in the Bay Area that is tackling the most mundane task in the kitchen: dishwashing, as a potential source/guest to discuss the environmental implications of the foodservice industry and the regulatory landscape addressing these operations, alongside with how this can impact climate change.

Dishcraft is a sustainable-focused business, from its energy and water use to its reduction of waste and reduction of emissions, and is tackling the growing use of plastics and compostables by food service operators. With pending regulation in California (SB 1383), I thought you might be interested in speaking with Linda about the need for a better infrastructure and how technology can help solve our waste challenge.
