In this conversation:

How important is it that we can track climate and environmental efforts in business? VERY. In this conversation, we talk to David Lammers from CDP Europe and Gilles Tisserand from Tetra Pak about how to bring transparency to businesses and supply chains, as well as how companies can help pave the paths forward.

David Lammers - CDP Europe

David has worked at CDP for 5 years, most recently as the Associate Director of Corporate Operations. David is a key representative of CDP Europe within decision-making bodies, whose focus is on the corporate disclosure process. His team acts as the focal point for European companies disclosing to CDP.

CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) is a not-for-profit charity that runs the global disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, states, and regions to manage their environmental impacts. The world’s economy looks to CDP as the gold standard of environmental reporting with the richest and most comprehensive dataset on corporate action.

Gilles is the Vice President of Sustainability Climate and Biodiversity at Tetra Pak. He regularly partakes in discussions around sustainability, biodiversity, and the circular economy. Most recently, Gilles partook the European Business and Nature Summit, to discuss Tetra Pak’s experience as part of the ‘Business for Biodiversity movement’, part of the EU Biodiversity Strategy for 2030.

Tetra Pak is the world's leading food processing and packaging solutions company working closely with their customers and suppliers to provide safe food, and has been recognized for leadership in corporate sustainability by global environmental non-profit CDP and secured a place on its ‘A-list’ for the third year running for tackling climate change, as well as acting to protect forests.
